Otology/Neurotology

This is a sub-specialty of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Doctors must complete full training in Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgery (Otolaryngology) and then take a Fellowship in surgery and medicine of the ear. I specialize in ear and mastoid diseases, hearing, balance, and facial nerve disorders. Cochlear implants, otosclerosis/stapedectomy, acoustic neuromas, glomus tumors of the ear and base of skull are all in this area of specialty.

I work with an experienced audiologist with special interest and experience in cochlear implants.

I work with a neurosurgeon for certain, larger procedures.
